At Mid Atlantic Mobile Notary Services we prefer to use both the self-inking state seal official stamp and an embosser.

1. The self-inking stamp contains required information such as your commission expiration date and commission ID number. You don't have to worry about writing this information in each notarial act.
2. The embosser makes a raised impression on the original document. Our clients appreciate the extra step we take in our work.
3. We always record our notarial acts in a journal. Remember that it is your responsibility to safeguard your notary stamp/embosser and journal at all times.
